How do i overclock p7n platinum??

im totally new to all this, i have a msi platinum sli mobo and a q9550 2.83ghz cpu, i would like to get it to about 3.2ghz, but as im so new to this i havent got a clue how to do it

If you type in what you want to learn, followed by 'tutorial' into a search engine, you will usually get more help than asking a forum.

Trial and error make sure the ram is unlinked and sit it up superiority. Make sure all you spread spectrome are disabled. You can try the front side bus or the multiplier. up them in small increments and then try and boot. If it dos not boot resit the cmos by removing the battery or use the cmos pin.Good luck and have fun.
