How do I overclock?

Ok so I'm new to overclocking. I have a MSi Z170A Gaming M7 motherboard, GeForce GTX 750 Ti, i5 660K, and for cooling I have a Deepcool Captain 240 liquid cooling. With this setup can I safely overclock?

That's a pretty lousy PSU. I would run something better in an overclocked system. A mild overclock would probably work, but you won't get the best results if you're feeding the system dirty power.

Is it the brand or the wattage? What would be a decent PSU for overclocking?
