How do I overlock my I7 4820K

What are the best settings to overclock my cpu at, 4.6ghz or 4.3ghz, and what voltage do would I set it to.

My specs are:
CPU: Intel I7 4820k
GPU: GTX 770 Windforce
PSU: 750W Thermaltake
Motherboard: Asus P9X79 LE

depends on how your specific cpu reacts to overclocking. there isn't one setting to go by. google is your friend.

Not every processor reacts the same like he said. You can maybe get 4.6Ghz or not even get close to 4.3Ghz also it depends on your cooling system. The more fans or if it is water cooled then the cooler the speeds will be and you can get the processor higher for a lower temperature. I would read some guides about overclocking If i was you.

I am running a 4820K at 4.5GHz with a Corsair H100i watercooler and about 1.34v on a GA-X79-UD3 and is fairly stable. Just start pushing your CPU multiplier up one at a time and increase your Vcore until it is stable.
