how do i play a cdfs cd on my computer

It's a standard cd file system that every system can read.

Just pop it in the optical drive and run it.

Of course, if you're looking for it to autorun it could be that autorun has been disabled on your computer or there is nothing on the disc that autoruns, in which case you'll just need to navigate it like any other drive.
