How do I play games...

How do I play games like "GTA" on a bad graphics card? Here are my specs.
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 270 Processor 3.40 GHz
RAM: 4 GB
Sys. Type: 32-bit OS, x64-based processor.
GPU (Graphics Card): ATI Radeon 3000

Yeah I am onto it but I am thinking about a other way.

You can buy a Xbox or PlayStation used. Other then that you need a whole new system to even dream of playing this games, and right now is not a great time to build

You can play older version of games, like GTA 1 or 2, perhaps even GTA3 (after upgrading); you are severely limited by the cpu and gfx - which I presume is a built in mobo version.

CPU, and RAM upgrades to that era of AMD board are pretty cheap; gfx card might be an issue, something like a 1 or 2GB 6000 or 7000 series AMD card would probably be OK, but they are going to be 2nd hand; any modern gfx card is not going to be worth the expense unless you buy the cheapest, and they will probably be worse at games than the older cards mentioned.

Max'ing out the boards potential, with the best cpu, more RAM (8GB), and a decent mid range GFX card is going to get you into games like Project Cars at Medium-Low gfx levels; the latest GTA - nope.
