How do i portforward From a USB Tether for a Minecraft Servers

Ok Im using a Android Phone idk the model but that shouldnt really matter if so i can provide it upon request ...

what im trying to do is open a minecraft private server i port forwarded on my modem 25565 on my phone it self hoping thats all i had to do but now one can join not even me I dont want to buy a server so please dont suggest it all i need to know how to do is allow the port 25565 to be assessced again im connected usb thether from a android device through the settings Thank you for your time

What app are you using to thether on your phone? Most devices don't have a firewall and should be open. If you are using the one built into android that's likely your problem. Try another thether app

I just decided to give up on it thanks ill probly go buy a wifi usb adapter a lot simpler
