How do i propritize bandwidth to my PC?

I'm on the routers setting -> QoS , but i have no idea what to fill in this spaces
This is how the QoS page looks like:

I'm trying to prioritize my PC bandwidth over WiFi connections, How should i fill this page?

I got the User Manual, still can't figure out what this means
things like:
Source MAC
Source Mask
Protocol
Phy port, etc

So what is your problem are you actually exceeding your bandwidth you buy from the ISP. That is all qos is designed to fix.

Your router is very basic it can only limit the upload traffic which seldom is the issue.
