how do I read a power supply?

I was wondering how to read the power supply outputs? I have a premer 300 watt thats all I know and am looking to run four case fans two 80mm and two 120mm I pretty sure the to 80mm's will run but not sure of 120mm's they are sunon 120mm 12v .57amp 6.8watt

What do you want to 'read'?

The current output rating may be marked on the PSU itself.

If you want to know how much current the machine is drawing from the PSU, you would have to cut the 12v (or 5v) line and connect an ammeter in series.

I'm guessing you don't want to bother with that.

My advice is, just connect the fans and see if the PSU runs comfortably under the increased load.
