How do I rebind keys in UT2004?

Archived from groups: alt.games.unreal.tournament2003 (More info?)

I have UT2004. I want to make the middle mouse button - jump. I can't find
anywhere in the interface where I can change the key assignments.

Can someone tell me how to do this?

Settings -> Input -> Configure controls

Manually edit the user.ini file in the UT2004 system directory
