Hello,
How do I record video from my PVR to PC using HDMI out of PVR to HDMI in on PC

HDMI in on PC not input for PVR , this
this input for MONITOR have HDMI 1080p!
u need video capture card like MATROX or (firewire can do it) and recording software Power Director, Magix etc. Standard AV cables connect the PVR to the computer.

I don't know of any capture device with HDMI input, the whole idea of HDMI is to prevent what you are trying to achieve, copy HD content.
The HDMI connection on pc's is for output to a tv or other source.
There's heaps of capture cards with anolouge input.
