I deleted & formatted my windows 8.1:

Drive 0 Partition 1: Recovery, and

Drive 0 Partition 2
Afterwards they all were added to an unallocated drive.
I never formatted "Drive 0 Partition 2: Home" as it clearly indicates the data in it and also the Free space is still as I recall.
I was trying to install my windows 8 from 8.1, now I'm Stuck with a Dell Inspiron that can't load it's current windows nor successfully recover and I cant afford to format it because it locates all my data.
The last thing i tried was purchase an enclosure and place my 500GB HD in it, how ever i only saw the first two aforementioned Hard Drives.

Listed below are the partitions I see in different view/attempts (Highlighted):

1 - When Plugged into an enclosure
I see my hard drive as 100% clean, however it is inaccessible
-When I Right+Click it (the 465.25 partition) none of possible optoins are available
-It also fails to appear on my computer
Hard Drive details Highlighted in yellow in the image linked below

2 - When I attempt to install windows8, custom installation (I didn't continue with the installation this is purely for your knowledge).
Two drives appear
Drive 0 Partition 1 527.0 MB - Primary
and
When I select the second drive (the partition with my data and previous windows)
"Drive 0 Partition 2 : Home -
Total Size 465.02 GB;
Free Space - 54.4 GB;
Type - System"

I don't get any option repartition options (only Delete, Format, refresh and load driver). Plus a small pop up appears that reads:
Windows Setup
"Windows Cannot be installed in to this hard drive space. The partition is an EFI system partition (ESP)."

3 - During installation if I press SHIFT+F10 (Command Prompt)
-Diskpart
-list disk
The Following appears (Please click the link below to view the picture)

Please help with any possible recovery options i may have? Or any possible method i can use to continue with a windows system recovery or windows installation? (without an loss of data)

Take out your drive, connect it with a SATA to USB plug, and pull the data you need from it and put it on another drive for back up. Then in Windows installation promt (the one you get when you boot to the Windows installer), "Delete" and format the drive partition you want to install Windows on. Install Windows. Put all your stuff back and play with Windows 8.1.

Please read the main question again, I have edited the question and added more details relating to the results of my attempt at recovering my data when my Hard Drive is plugged in a SATA to USB 2.5" enclosure.
All 3 of my made attempts/different view points are are bold and underlined in the main question. Each one of these is also accompanied by a link to a picture, which tries to helps explain my question better.

Also when i used to attempt windows recovery, the process will failed with an error message reading "windows recovery failed hard drive is lock"

The pictures weren't working when I first clicked them. Also, it seems like you're plugging in the enclosure to your computer with the issues. Is that true? Try another computer if so.

As for my answer, I wasn't clear because I didn't say that you need to install Windows 8.1 with only one drive attached. If you have two, it will cause issues. Keep your other drive out and in the enclosure while you reinstall Windows; otherwise, Windows will use part of the secondary drive for required stuff, and you don't want that because it decreases stability.

I already tried the hard drive in different computers. i have only one hard drive and all my data is in it.
The hard drive seems locked or hidden in some way. Any suggestion
