how do i reinstall missing sal3.dll on my windows 7 laptop

I keeping getting a error reading saying that I have a missing sal3.dll on y laptop how can I reinstall this error without having to pay for it

Hello... here is a solution others have found, changing the Path variable...http://www.oooforum.org/forum/viewtopic.phtml?t=97369 you could also locate the file and copy into other areas of OpenOffice folders/directories, so it can be found with current Variable Path settings.
