how do I reinstall windows on Toshiba L505D after setting bio options to default settings

Reinstall Windows os after changing bio settings to default. It said I changed something and now it refuses to boot. But, I have no installation cd. Is there a way to reinstall os without disk?

Make sure the sata ports are in ahci mode. if thats what they are in try changing it to the other option.
