How do I reinstall windows onto my new SSD?

I have just gotten a new SSD from samsung and I want to use it to boot off of while keeping my current HDD as a storage device. I understand that I need to back up my hard drive currently. But after that Im not sure where to go. How do I reinstall windows onto my new SSD? I do not have an optical drive in this rig so a CD is not an option.
