How do I reinstall Windows with a OEM Key?

Hello World,
I am upgrading my motherboard, and I have a Windows 10 Home OEM version, and I'd like to know how to reinstall with it? Can I deactivate the product key from the old motherboard, and then install it into my new motherboard?

My old motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-B150M-DS3H (rev. 1.0) LGA 1151 Intel B150 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
My new motheboard: MSI Gaming B150 Gaming M3 LGA 1151 Intel B150 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 ATX Intel Motherboard
