Question How do I reliably test for power delivery issues?

Long story short: My GPU has driver crashes on my PC but doesn't if I put it in my friend's PC, and friend's lower power GPU does not crash on my PC.
It seems implied therefore that it's a power delivery issue I guess ?

How could I confirm or rule out that it is indeed a power delivery issue? Even furmark has never replicated the crashes.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Do you have a multi-meter and know how to use it?

Or know someone who does?

FYI:

Not a full test because the PSU is not under load. However, any voltages out of tolerance make the PSU a likely suspect.

You can also look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for error codes, etc. that correspond with the times of the crashes.

Hopefully, there may be some indication as to what caused the crash. "Windows not properly shutdown" is another indicator or problem/PSU problems.
