How do i reload windows vista on a toshiba satelite error

my toshiba satelite L505 wont reset to out of the box specs and i don't have a windows installation disc or a recovery disc. what do i do?

Contact Toshiba for recovery disks and you can find them online for sale.
Just be sure they are for your model
