How do I remove a GPU with "Old-Type" PCI-E x16 Secure Lock?

Hi, I'm about to replace my current gpu with the new and better one. But the problem is that my mainboard have weird type of lock that seems to be quite old and doesn't exist anymore on the mobo in these days.

The question is, What should I do with this lock? I have no idea how to unlock and pull the gpu out. I'm afraid that I might break this thing off the mobo cause it seems to be very fragile.

So do you guys have any tips and ways to do this? Also, a video clip would be great!

It's like the most standard pcie lock. I don't think a vid is necessary when it's so simple.

So I have to Push it up OR Push it down to the motherboard??

Oh, so all I have to do is push and make the gap between the 'V' shape become as narrow as possible and then I just pull the GPU out right away?
