How do I remove muvic toolbar?

I don't recall agreeing to it being downloaded, it may have come with zone alarm but I can't be sure.
It isn't showing up in extensions in Chrome or explorer, I can only see it in "uninstall a program" in control panel.
When I choose to do so a dark grey application window pops up asking if I want to remove. Then it just doesn't happen. It says it is still uninstalling software if I try to uninstall a different program...
I've tried numerous removal softwares many say it's been removed then it just pops straight back up.
I've just installed windows 7 on a SSD and get this in the first few days. Had my HDD for years and nothing. So I'm a bit frustrated and any suggestions would be appreciated.

I've just run malwarebytes and it found 19 threats previously undetected but I need to restart for it to take effect. I'm currently formatting my old HDD, as soon as it's done I'll see if malwarebytes worked. If not I'll be sure to give Hitman pro a go, thanks for the advice.

Neither ended up working. After using malwarebytes it was still showing up in uninstall a program but nothing happened when I pressed uninstall where as before it wouldn't allow me to uninstall anything else... Hitman pro was left with out any findings probally thanls to MB. It may just be 1 lingering file, I've ended up re-installing windows, wasn't too much of a pain as it's only been on the SSD for a couple days.
