How do I remove my EFI partition from another disk?

I cloned my old drive when I bought a new SSD and now in partitions is says the EFI is in the old drive. I cloned the old drive and the same EFI partition is cloned so is it safe for me to just delete the old one?

I cloned my old HDD onto my new SSD but the partition that is marked the EFI boot is still on the old HDD. Is it safe to just delete the partition and Windows will point the existing partition of the old EFI boot partition as the new one or is there a way for me to manually assign it?
