how do i remove the "lock" icon from folders on a shared drive

I have a shared "E" drive with only music. It is shared with "Everyone" with read/write permissions. Many of the folders display the "lock" icon which prevents sharing over the LAN and home group. I can manually remove these; but with over 6,000 folders this will take forever. A shortcut would be nice. Any ideas. Thanks.

Select more than one file and do the same thing to them as you would to one. Select "Apply to subfolders" option also.
