How do i remove this? (Cpu cable on motherboard)

There is a tab that locks connector in place. Pressing the top in from the side of the connector will cause the bottom latching part to push out releasing the latch. A small flat blade screwdriver can also assist in releasing the latch.

A P4 connector also uses the same kind of latch.
