Looks like an OEM system (i.e., Dell, HP, etc). If so, what make/model?

Also, that looks like a rackmount/cage for a HDD. Certainly not an actual HDD. As CountMke pointed out...something is missing.

I don't have a torx screwdriver so trying to unscrew it won't be too easy

Small flat screwdriver should work. You should be able to wedge it into the slot between 2 star points.

To remove a screw, you need the right screwdriver.
Or at lease close.

Anywhere on the planet, $1 US or equivalent.

Also, I dont see anywhere in your pictures that would need a torx bit anyway??
You havent shown anything actually holding the drive in.

Do not try to unscrew anything with a torx type bit.
It is likely a part of the HDD and you will destroy the hdd if you do so.

There are any number of attachment mechanisms to hold a hard drive.
There may be 4 holes on the bottom of the drive which may be used to attach to a mounting plate.
A HDD will, as a standard also have 6 mounting holes, 3 on each side.
Some cases will not use any mounting holes and just clamp the drive in place.

The photos help, but I think some more definitive photos will help.

It's pretty obviously attached to the bottom of a removable drive cage. The top picture shows the empty screw hole where the cage would be secured to the case, so unless there's another screw, simply yanking out the cage should give easy access to the 4 bottom drive screws or 3 back ones

That kind of cage does not look like the kind that would mount a drive upside down there, so a previous owner may have drilled mounting holes into it. That 2nd picture though looks like the bottom drive PCB (unless floppy drives have sprouted RAM and cache chips) with no place for screws but the side ones, so feel on the back of the cage for the other three holes. If there is even one screw in those you will need to remove the cage.

Since i don't use the pc anymore i just thought i'd use it with my ssd so i can store stuff on it

Is that an hp pc? If I recall hp PCs used to have a cage they used and you had to take a torx screw out and then the cage could push out.
