Question How do I remove this sticker from under my cpu?

So I bought this Xeon X3440 online (shoppe) and when I got it, there was this sticker underneath. I want to find out if it's safe to let it stay there or if not find a way to remove it.

Best to use 90% or better. The best thing to use is CRC Electrical Contact cleaner, you can get that in a spray can at any auto parts store. It's 100% isopropyl and being in a spray means the possibility of less toothbrush scrubbing. Isopropyl won't hurt the electronics, leaves no residue, so perfectly safe to use as much as needed to do the job.
