Question How Do I Repair A Asus Strix RTX 3070 GPU

Is there a way to repair a damaged Asus Strix RTX 3070 that needs new fans and cooler shroud? I don’t want to throw away the GPU, though GPU voltage is too high @ 668w, and it can't run games (display signal is lost) only used for regular internet work. I was going to sell it on Craigslist though if it’s cheap to repair, it might be better then the Rx 6800 I recently brought for $300 new from Amazon.

rx 6800 has performance around rtx3080

if you have 3d printer, you could probably make shroud there, but if not, getting 3rd party cooler is another option

If you look on YouTube Linus has a video where he used zip ties to put case fans on a gpu. The gpu wasn’t pretty but functioned. I think he plugged into motherboard fan headers and controlled the fans that way.

Got a question; I have a damaged Asus Strix RTX 3070 with 2 out 3 malfunctioning fans, high GPU voltage at 668w and missing cooler shroud previously purchased via 2nd hand from Craigslist. Should I replace fans and purchased a graphics card cooler from Amazon for it to lower GPU voltage.

Should this be a suitable fix for fan issue..
