How do I replace my AMD A6-5200 APU with Radeon graphics?

Okay so here we go... I want to replace my processor (noted above). However, I know it's integrated with the graphics card and its in a laptop. How am i going to go about upgrading this (integrated gpu's are foreign to me i need major help)

Specs:
Acer Aspre E1-522
AMD A6-5200 APU with Radeon graphics
8GB of RAM
Windows 8.1

Throw suggestions at me for a new cpu thats roughly 250$ or less, and more powerful

Note: needs to be for gaming like BF4 and heavy music editing.
