how do i reset or change my router password WITHOUT losing any of the settings porvided by my ISP?

i dont knnow the username and password for my router .. TL-WR741ND .. i wanna login so that i can ip adress to DMZ to on my router .. please help .. if i hard reset it would it not provide my computer internet anymore? because im sure there is some settings or something that is allowing me to ... please help i wanna change the username and password without messing up all the configurations in it
 
From reading through your manual

you can't just change the password in any way without knowing the previous password. There is no "forgot password" option.

So, you can try and figure out the info for your ISP if you need it, and then do the reset to factory settings and write the password down somewhere if you may end up forgetting it.

Depending on the ISP, you may not need any additional information. For example, my ISP sets everything up to go to a ethernet connection port in my wall and that is it. There is no additional info or anything for my connection.
