Question How do I reset the graphics with a broken screen

I accidentally picked the wrong option when using my hdmi because my screen is broken and now nothing comes up at all. It was from a right click menu

You will need to detail how you got to this point, in the fist place. Walk us through the steps you took to end up here.

You might also want to explain how you're connected to your display and if you're working off of a laptop.

Hi thank you for the reply.
My screen is broken so I've been using my hdmi for the picture.
I right clicked and a drop down menu comes up (where you can refresh the page ) and scrolling down there is a graphics option it had I think 3 to 4 different display options. Like to a built in display i guess I chose the wrong one because now even with the hdmi nothing comes on the screen .
