How do I resolve the error update nvidia driver installer?

I tired to install nvidia 307.83 driver version update for error while installation. Installation errors when installation is completed ahead. After error, resolution on my desktop is 800 x 600. My default resolution is 1440 x 900. How to fix it?

Try doing a clean install, uninstall drivers, then in reinstall check perform a clean installation. If it doesn't work, update your BIOS, nvidia cards tend to go crazy with the bios being outdated
