How do I restore Alienware Aurora without installation disk or restore disk?

I want to restore my desktop to factory settings but I don't have an installation or restore disk. Under System Restore only 2 points are listed and neither are useful. If I used a program to extract the pre-installed product key and downloaded a windows 7 ISO could I use the old key to reinstall windows?

Yep. Or, it should have come with software for you to create installation disks. Could also pay them to send you a disk.
