How do i restore data from my lacie 2big disk

HI i have a lacie 2 big disk 2TB
the drive powers up
The button goes red light flashing then goes off
the black hard drive ativity lights both go blue
the ethernet port ativity lights flash

i hold that the button on the front was stuck down
after releasing the button i found that the nas mounts
up but i see no data

HELP
