How do I restore my tasks bar at the top of my screen?

My task bar completely disappered; I tried to restore to an earlier point and it still isn't coming up? HELP PLEASE>

Seems strange its completely disappeared.

I'm assuming its not like its on Auto hide if you move your mouse to the bottom, left, right or top of your screen?

You could try going into task manager, ending the explorer.exe process and running it again?

What happens if you press the Windows key, does the start bar pop up?
