How do I restore my Windows 8 laptop to original factory settings when I can't open the settings or apps?

I can't open any apps or the settings on my windows 8 pc and I need to restore it to it's original factory settings but can't because I can't open the settings. Any advice?

Factory restore is usually dont thru a bios type entry that is displayed at the same time Press Del to enter the bios is. Look for it at the bottom of your screen while you are booting up.
