How do I separate my mobo with my case??

so I bought this case http://pcpartpicker.com/part/rosewill-case-srm01 it came with nothing to separate the mobo with the case, was this intended or should I contact the manufacturers? If it was intended how do I separate the mobo from my case?

Normally, the case comes with a parts box tucked in the case somewhere. You need to use the standoffs to separate the case from the mobo.

The pictures of the case at newegg do include standoffs, screws and owner manual. Washers are not normally needed.
