How do i set up 2 ssd none raid

I have two 90g corsair ssd. I have them plugged in but can only see one to store devices on when im on desktop screen. Only one has an OS (win 7). How can i make my other ssd usable for storage?

Make sure both are recognized in BIOS. In control panel, administrative tools, computer management, Storage you will have to allocate it and assign a drive letter.
