[SOLVED] How do I set up a CS:GO LAN server for 20 people?

I have some friends coming over for a LAN party. My internet speed pretty bad and we are probably going to play on our own servers. The problem is that we have 20 people playing in the same place and I don't know how to set up a server for that many people. I think I got the right equipement for that but i have no idea how to use them

-Intel Express 330T switch (24 ports)
-24 ports HP switch
-1 dual core 1.2 Ghz router
-2 crappy wireless routers from 2011
-1 Xeon E5 4610 v4 workstation

Just plug all the computers in to the same switch, have the workstation host the CS game. Everyone else connect to it locally.
