how do i set up the disc size to print from

using an Epson 900 print direct prog from disketch but i keep getting what looks like a big white smile as not getting centre correct, ive tried epson site they have no driver for vista and are not going to do one. It all used to be ok and this only recent, all answers in easy to follow please, im 66 and not much of a tekky

the first question would be this:

-are you using the same brand labels that you have always used?
if no, it could be that they are of a slightly different alignment
if yes, it could be that they are different if inserted rotated 180° compared to 0°

generally the software that comes with certain brand disk label sheets is only meant to work with their own labels and doesnt play so nice with other labels. some third party software however lets you use multiple label types and will normally have a dropdown menu to pick what brand of label you bought. also, in case you were not aware microsoft word has a built in section for printing on various label styles.

likely what you need to do to get it working in your software however is to align the image to the label by adjusting template properties panel settings for X/Y. read page 39 of http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/disketch/win/help.pdf
