Hello I recently received a gaming laptop and my partner would like her own user account for her own personal use. I went to create her one today but it looks likes we share the same apps, when we dont want to. Is there a way to create another login/user without using eachother apps ect... like a fresh clean new user to start from scratch and nothing on it?

A lot of applications give the option to - "Install for just me" or "Install for everyone"
If the ones you currently have are "For everyone"...that's what happens.

"For everyone" means that account, and every other account, even if they are not yet created.
You can simply remove those shortcuts from the other users Start menu. It will be as if they do not exist.
tried with an app now, but its not giving me the option now. Is there away to get the option back up to ask me if I want everyone to have it or just me? I must have ticked a box stating dont ask anymore or something along those lines.

That choice happens when you install. You can't undo it retroactively.
And some applications don't offer that choice.

The "location" for the install is not what matters in this case.
The location of the shortcuts to launch it is what matters.
