Hey there i am thinking of building my first pc in new zealand....

i decided to order my parts from newegg but seeing as how they don't ship to nz i decided to use second hand delivery systems to ship it over to nz...

any how these are my spec.

Rosewill Thor 2 full tower case
I7 2600k CPU
GTX 580 Refurbished 1.5GB
1TB Seagate Barracuda HDD SATA 6
60GB OCZ SATA 6
(2X4GB)corsair vengence SATA 6
Corsair Entusiast 750W PSU
Asus p8z68 v pro
Windows 7 64 bit

now i want all my data to be stored on the HDD but i still want the sdd to make my load times and all that faster. (boot up and what not). so i need to know...
how do i do that?

do you need a monitor or keyboard? anything like that?

here is a suggested build: around 1600 not including OS:

case: http://www.playtech.co.nz/afawcs0139235/CATID=182/ID=16848/SID=734138470/productdetails.html (only suggested because i use it, and its great for the price. obviously this is a preference thing)

1 tb HDD: http://pconlineshop.co.nz/pcshop/product_info.php?products_id=361615
(alot of people avoid pconlineshop, but ive used them a few times and never had issues)

64gb ssd: http://pconlineshop.co.nz/pcshop/product_info.php?products_id=363573

cpu cooler: http://www.pbtech.co.nz/index.php?z=p&p=FANCLM0213&name=COOLER-MASTER-HYPER-212-EVO-COOLER-120mm-PWM-Fan-4

GTX 570: http://www.wiseguys.co.nz/gigabyte-gv-n570oc-13i-geforce-gtx-570-graphic-card-780-mhz-core-1-50-gb-gddr5-sdram-pci-express-2-0-163075

4gb hynix ram: http://pconlineshop.co.nz/pcshop/product_info.php?products_id=368948
(obviously, you can go to 8gb if you want to, but i tend to start people off with 4)

2500k: http://www.computerlounge.co.nz/components/componentview.asp?partid=14247&ref=pricespy
(all you'll need for gaming)

mobo: http://www.playtech.co.nz/afawcs0139235/CATID=601/ID=17347/SID=493545425/productdetails.html
(now i haven't researched this too much, i simply noticed the new z77 boards in on playtech. ill get back to you if i find something better)

PSU: http://www.playtech.co.nz/afawcs0139235/CATID=274/ID=16083/SID=62073172/productdetails.html
(a powerful, reliable psu. and a good price)

throw in your os and you have a pretty decent pc. let me know if you need anything looked at or changed.

hey mate, i'm actually from new zealand.

piece of advice, do NOT order from over seas. It only works out a little cheaper when you factor in postage (which is expensive) but our customs are horrible!

just last week, i got a waterloop shipped from the USA. it was stuck in customs for over a week, and they charged me more than a hundred dollars in customs charges.

use pricespy, but in general if you shop between computerlounge, playtech (my personal favourite) and elive, you can build pretty cheap.

whats your budget? I will see what i can do from local retailers and help you piece something together.

you can save some cash with a few cutbacks (a 2600k isn't needed unless you do alot of encoding for instance)
