How do I show multiple displays in windows

Hi, When connecting the LCD projector to my computer, I need to select it in windows. When I go to start, control panel and type projectors in subject line to select which display, I only get one display for the computer and no other choice. Can you help me. Thanks. J

Right click on the desktop and click "screen resolution". There will be options to add more displays there.
