How do I sign out of Skype Video?

I had no idea it existed until it generated a notification. Apparently it's using my Windows account (which I never permitted)

You can sign out of the integrated Skype by starting Skype video and selecting the '...' menu and then Settings. There is a link under 'Account' titled 'Sign out'. This will sign you out of Skype and will remove your Skype contacts & messages from the integrated apps.
