How do i solve bios rom checksum error on my computer

as i was using my computer, it restarted and all of a sudden i only saw bios rom checksum error. i need a solution to that, please help me out of it.

You didn't provide any info about your system. Is the battery still good? Enter the BIOS setup screen, select default settings and save the configuration. Does it resolve the issue?
