How do I split a image on two monitors?

I have 2 monitors and want to split a image for my desktop.

Resolution:
1. Monitor = 1920 x 1080
2. Monitor = 1280 1024

When I change the background, it changes to the same for both monitors. I dosen't split as I want it to. I have choosen "Extend these displays" at screen resolution. How to I split the image for monitors? So when I change the background, the image splites?

If the image is large enough use the tile option for the picture position. If its not you'll need a program like displayfusion to stretch it across both screens.
