How do I stop my mouse from flickering between in client and desktop causing frame rate issues while playing games?

I'll be playing a MMO or RTS and the mouse will flicker when I move it causing massive drops in my frame rate. Although if I click and move the mouse the mouse remains as the in client mouse and causes no frame rate drop. I cannot do this all the time as clicking to move my mouse could cause me issues in MOBA games. I've tried running games in compatibility mode but that doesn't fix the issue, and neither does running as administrator. Any help I can get would be really appreciated.

This seems to be a windows 11x issue. Can you tell us your system specs and perphiles. Also what is and what is the architecher of the os. Sorry for my spelling I'm in my nexus4
