how do I stop seeing pixels in movies in vlc media player

I have a asus k52j latop it says i have a vga video adapter and my blu ray rips on vlc are grainy and full of pixels it makes watching movies hard please help

It sounds from your description that the drivers for your video adapter is not installed. Go to the manufactures website and find the drivers for your make/model and OS version and download the graphics drivers for your model.

Thanks for you quick response I am grateful I went to asus and cant seem to get the proper files. there all zipped and when i run them they always give error messages
