Question How do I stop the freezing in all games ?

This has started 5 days ago. It freezes for 5-7 seconds. I have tried r6s and csgo. I have tried undervolting the cpu and gpu and the temps did not go down. When it freezes, my cpu usage goes to 100% while gpu usage goes to 0%. My cpu is at 88c under load and gpu is at 91c under load

Laptop model: MSI Pl62 7RC.
