How do i stop web page error boxes

Hello, I have looked and looked at the internet options boxes trying to figure out what is causing these web page error boxes asking me if I want to debug this page? Then it pops up that this page doesnt support something something and then another web page error will say line 16 is not supported and so forth. Do you have any idea what I need to do and please make is simple. thanks!!!

The issue here is not the boxes, it's whatever the actual issue is. It's like buying earplugs so you don't hear your car troubles.

What sites are having issues and what are the error messages? Is it all web sites? Have you run the MS updates to make sure Windows is up to date? Try using Firefox instead of I.E. if that is what you are using, that can help without the need to actually re-install everything.
