Question how do i swich my pc from a dell mobo to an msi mobo and keep the same windows activation

i have a prebuilt dell inspiron 3650 that i took apart and replaced everything exept the cpu, cpu cooler, motherboard and hard drive and i want to get rid of the dell components for an msi mobo with 16gbs ram and a new cpu cooler, but i am worried about the dell drivers that are on my hard drive that they wont allow windows to load properly on the new mobo. so how do i make my hard drive so that when i load windows on the new rig it will work properly?

Technically you don't.

More nuanced, it depends on the licence you have. With Windows 10, if it's connected to your MSN account there's a chance you could get the licence reactivated on a new system; but it would still be from a fresh install. Trying to reuse the HDD in the manner you describe (and somewhat anticipate) is liable to problems.

Ok i will, from what i've seen it is possible to manually delete all the dell drivers and it work like a new install of windows from there but i guess we'll see.
