i have a antenna, coming for my motherboard wifi chip because I have things for them so I have do I take a usb Wi-Fi adapter out of pc

Sorry for my bad spelling but I have a asrock b550m-c motherboard that has antenna ports I put a usb Wi-Fi adapter now to play on it but it makes Wi-Fi 2 but the antenna is coming tomorrow so how do I safely disconnect it from my pc

You're getting an antenna for the motherboard WiFi system?
And you want to use that, instead of the USB thing you're showing in the picture?

Simply unplug that from the USB port.
