How do i take pics wit my built in web cam on my laptop

hi i just go my lap top and i have no clue how to use my built in web cam can anyone help please

What type of laptop do you have?

Or, there is a program/tool preinstalled with which you can take pics/record
Or you can look in "my computer."
On my laptop, I can click "USB Video Device" there and use my webcam like that.
